Marajó a blessed island
The Marajó Island of legends, traditions and natural landscapes that depict this immeasurable nation, is featured in all the roads leading to tourism in the north of the country. And one of those traditions is the stamp, which this year was declared intangible cultural heritage of Brazil in September. Pride for us Pará. Today the stamp has its record in the Heritage Advisory Council official body linked to the Institute of Historical and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN). And who else discloses this heritage in the region is the group "GCP Eco Marajoara Ecodomarajó" formed by young people who give themselves to the spectacle of dance and bring joy and relaxation wherever they go.
Dancing the stamp does not need to have technical, just keep pace and follow the hump of the charming dancers of the group, together with the sound of drums and married with the strings of guitars that dictate the success of the stamp.
For this and more reasons that the Marajó is a blessed island.
